Quick Question for a co-worker

I coerced her into buying a Jilbere Ceramic Flat Iron w/dial and a heat protectant. She insists on using same on a daily basis but only running the iron over her locks once. Is this somewhat damaging to her hair? She does this with the dial on 10.

I think daily flat iron use is bad for the hair. I think once a week would be much better than daily. What did YOU tell her?

I told her that I didn't think it was a good idea to do it everyday but than told her that no more than twice a week would b my personal limit. I said i'd refer to my hair gurus and see what they had to say.

She has a short hairstyle, about 4 - 5" and she doesn't know what to do with it. I don't want her to cut it ... AGAIN ... so i told her to get the iron.
