The Shark Silkipro looks good, when I was reading some reviews, it was likened to the WavyTalk Air Sculpt which is the one I have. Based on the price, the fact that I will only use this for trims and the accessories that come with the WavyTalk, I think I've got the tool I need.

If I was to get another air styler/dryer, it would probably be the GHD one, but it's unlikely as I don't need it. I realised that the GHD glide is a smoothing brush not a straightening brush, which explains why it didn't do what I wanted.

I'll be looking forward to your review

I bought this today from Ulta. Double Ulta points, 20% off, free birthday month gift, Ulta reward discount, + Rakuten. I knew I was getting it; I just wanted the most for my money. I paid around 140 for it + got free gifts and I have an additional birhday month coupon for one more thing ...That how I do lol (stack/bundle the discounts). I will try it out later this month.

I'm getting all excited like its mine and I'll be the one trying it out. That's a great saving, a good time to make the leap, I can't wait to hear how it turns out.

I ended up getting the Tymo Ionic Plus, the Tymo Flipro, and the WavyTalk Air Sculpt. It funny because on one hand, I'm looking forward to seeing how the products work for my hair, but at the same time, I'm not feeling a need to rush to do it. It's been a long time since I used any heat tools like these.

I can see how this might be helpful for people who for whatever the reason, aren't able to braid their own hair.

My fist thought..... No thank you.

i have the dyson air wrap which is nice for styling but i feel the air flow isn’t strong and it’s really best for styling vs blow drying from a wet state. anyone have the supersonic one can provide a comparison? my 30$ knock off supersonic seems to dry my hair from wet faster

I did my big chop this morning! I didn't end up going super short like I had originally planned but most of the heat damage is gone!

I got my first curly cut today. I love how lightweight it feels now.

my stylist said there is still some heat damage but she recommended I get it trimmed every 12 weeks and the rest will be gone. She also defined my hair with a diffuser and yall I never even knew I had curls. I was shocked.

she told me I needed a moisture regimen and to wash my hair twice a week and make sure I deep condition. No heat at all but I do steam my hair with the dc.

my products are gonna work so much better now! I don't feel weighed down anymore. My heat damage was making me feel sad just looking at it.

excited for this new journey as I grow my curls back out! She'll shape it for me when it grows out, too!

I’ve had the supersonic for a while now and one of my favorite things about it is the speed. A blowout with the comb attachment or brush/nozzle can be done in like 10 minutes, and I can be diffused in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend it.
