Relaxing and coloring (permanent)

Hey guys, I'm going to relax as soon as tomorrow and I was wondering how soon after I would be able to permanently color my hair. I'm thinking of trying the BIGEN oriental black because I've heard some great reviews about it.
Should I color before or after and how long should I wait?

I have been using Bigen for 10 years now and I have applied them on the same day I relaxed, I was told that because bigen doesn't contain the harmful chemicals as other permanent dyes makes it safe.
