Recipe for Miss Jessie Buttercreme?

I remember seeing a post sometime right before I joined the forum about Miss Jessie's Curly Pudding substitute, and I just so happened to find the recipe to make it yourself using 3 main ingredients again a bit ago. Now, I'm just wondering if there's a recipe for the Miss Jessie Buttercream also? I've used the search feature but didn't see anything listed about it on any of the searches I did. TIA!
