Relaxed heads, how do you keep your hair straight?

I put secure my hair in a loose scrunchy (like a low ponytail). No tension is on the hair so, I don't get a "bend" in at the ponytail part.

Then, instead of leaving my loose pony out, I twist it upwards and pin the ends to the top of my head. I then take my silk scarf and wrap it around the edges.

This works well for keeping my straight styles straight since I don't know how to wrap my hair.

Nothing Special. I've been using Schwarzkopf Gliss- Asian Straight. My hair stayed straight for a long time. The bottled claimed my hair would stay glossy and straight for 24 hours. So, I tested it. I intentionally went outside without a hat when it was snowing a number of times and drizzle a couple times. After 2 weeks, my hair was still straight.

I do that with products. When it claims something, I test it.

Bare minerals. I went for a make-over. They were trying to get me to purchase something on the spot. I said that I was going home. I was going to sleep in it, because it says that you can and it will still be on when you wake up. It was still on after 1 nap and then sleeping through the night. I went back and I’ve been using bareminerals ever since … lol

ETA: at night I have been pinning my hair up and putting on a satin cap. I have a silk pillowcase that I use.

Ballet bun are you relaxed or natural? Just curious. I know this is a relaxed thread (but if I'm here, maybe another natural chimed in too?), but I thought you were natural. Want to know in reference to how long this product has kept your hair straight (as a natural, or as a relaxed head?)
