If there was a chemical (not a texturizer) to mimic the type 3 curls, I think a lot of black women would go for it.
 cause type 3 is the "Holy Grail" of curl patterns I could see quite a few people turning to the curl as an alternative to having 4B hair then claiming it is their natural curl pattern.

		 . It's bushy as hell and thick/very cottony. The only thing that differentiates me from a person with cottony/thick type 4 hair is the fact that my curls are substantially bigger..which is what I thought the type xyz curl category or lack there of was based on.

So when people say they don't get excited about type 3 hair I get it but the reasoning why confuses me.
