Customer Service said they can repair it??? Repair what, the hair they cut. I requested a refund and if I dont hear back by Friday. I'm opening a dispute with paypal...

Yes, the cap construction is great but the hair quality sucks. Mine is also shedding after the wash... Goodness no companies quality seem to last long. They all start off good in the beginning then start sending out crap ..

My goodness. That wig looks bad

I think the short tracks were put into the wig so if the wind blows they are there to cover the tracks. I have the same thing on my Toni wig. It still doesn't look as though is made well though. I think you definitely need a refund for that.

I agree it looks very bad for $160. I had to file a dispute with Paypal because Premierlacewigs offer a $20 refund and I could get it repaired in the USA. They are claiming that the wig isn't new since I washed and cut the lace, but the wig was never new when they took thinning shears and cut the hair, the wig was not a custom order, but a stock wig that they thinned out. Plus a new wig doesn't need repair.

I was really looking forward to this wig...
