Apply Phytosquame Scalp Exfoliator on scalp - massage leave on Under Plastic Cap (20 minutes)
Clarify with: VO5 Kiwi Lime Clarifying Conditioner
Treat with: Cathy Howse UBH (under dryer 20 minutes)
Steam with: Jasmine Bath & Beauty Avocado & Silk DC'er (40 minutes)
Apply Leave In: Dry under Dryer
 
Tonight: Undo these frizzy Celie plaits for a braidout for date night

Tomorrow: prepoo with EVCO overnight in a loose bun

Sunday: prepoo again and detangle with tressame naturals, Wash with SM Moisture shampoo, condish with SMJBCO, braid it up again for a braid out. Giving my hair a break from PSing next week :)

This is my regimen almost exactly.

I prepooed last night with coconut oil. Now I'm going to detangle with tresemme, shampoo with SM deep cleansing poo, and DC with ITDF intense moisture creme. I'll be braiding my hair for a braidout.

Preparing my hair for braids
Prepoo: Castor oil, Coconut oil, wild growth oil
Shampoo: Tressame naturals
Conditioner: Tressame naturals and Carols daughter (trying to finish off the bottle)
Netrogena leave in
Blow-dry
 
1. prepoo with oil mix
2. some sort of mild protein treatment
3. garlic oil for shedding
4. deep condition with one of my hair treatments, masks or deep conditioners.
5. Wash and condition my hats (wigs) for next week
 
Pre-Poo: Hair Trigger on scalp and Coconut Oil on length
Exfoliate scalp: Alterna Caviar Exfoliating Scalp Facial
Poo: Wash hair Keracare poo, vanilla oil and tea tree oil 2x
Hair Treatment: Annabelles White Chocolate Hair Mask for 10 mins.
DC: KJ’s Tingly DC’s under steam for 30 mins. over coffee
Leave-ins: Annabelles/Vatika Frosting/Giovanni Direct
Style: Curlformers
 
Insomnia is something else lol...it is the weekend though.
Prepoo: Marie Dean Aloe and Hemp Conditioner
Cleanse: Naturale Grow Cleansing Conditioner
DC: Not sure. I may let the prepoo be my DC
Leave In: APB Hair Lotion or cream
Seal: Sarenzo Body Frosting on ends
Style: Large twists for twist out
 
Pre-poo: Scalp massage with ayurvedic ACV slurry mix (neem, aloe vera, amla, bhringraj, willow bark) & APB Ayurvedic Mud Mask on ends
Cleanse: Redken Hair Cleansing Creme
Protein Treatment: Curl Junkie Repair Me
DC: Anita Grant Marshmallow DC cubes with water and aloe vera juice
Post-wash: LRC Shake and Go spray, TGIN Green Tea Leave, Amika Heat Protection Serum
 
Been dealing with dandruff so bought this Selsun (Selenium Chloride) Dandruff shampoo, will use that followed by an aphogee 2 step treatment. I will sleep in my hair mayo and coconut oil conditioner and wash it out tomorrow.
 
Prepoo w/ coconut oil
Shampoo w/ diluted CON Argan oil
Condition w/ joico kpak conditioner
Moisturise w/ sof n free curl activator + aphogee green tea diluted in a spray bottle.
Oil scalp with. Evoo+ sunflower seeds oil + castor oil + peppermint oil mix
Slick edges w/ ecostyler argan oil gel and air dry :)
 
Tomorrow I'll be getting my hair braided by a neighbor. Just my own hair, nothing fancy. She has offered to wash and blow dry but I may just wash and dc on my own, apply the Beautiful Textures system, and go over ready for blow drying. Either way, I need to touch up my dye first so I'll do that in a few hours
 
Prepoo: V05 Conditioner mixed w/ Coconut Oil
Shampoo: Redken Hair Cleansing Cream (1 Lather) and SD's Go Moist Poo' (1 Lather)
Protein: Claudies Renew Protein Conditioner (20 minutes w/heat)
DC: SD's Shea What Deux mixed w/ SD's Destination Hydrations, Hempseed and castor oil
Leave Ins: Aphoghee Pro-Vitamin Leave In, Its A Ten Keratin Mist, Undecided Serum

Blow Dry, Moisturize and Seal, Get my hair cornrolled and BOOM! DONE!

3 weeks of HAIR FREEDOM!
 
hot oil treatment: EVOO, CO, Rosemary eo, Lavender eo.
CoWash: AS I AM Cococnut cowash.
DC: keraminerals
Leave-in: elasta qp mango butter and olive oil leave-in.

It sounds like a lot but because I'm air drying in a bun this wash day was a breeze compared to last week! :drunk:

Decided to do neem, aloe, and shikakai plus EOs in my pre-poo instead.

It's been a while so I'm using Kurlee Belle Thirsty Kurls Leave In instead of TGIN.
