Shikakai shampoo

I've been hearing good news and horror stories about shikakai powder but I wan't to know of anyone tried the shampoo. If you have, can you give me your rating?

I'm not sure that it comes in a liquid poo form, but I've had great success with the shampoo bar. Like in the other posts, its best used if your hair is saturated in oil. I'll prepoo with amla oil overnight and then later up my bar in my hands and rub into my scalp...DC as usual afterwards

I received a sample of it the other day. It isn't super duper great or anything but my hair was nice and soft afterwards.

I have a sample of Ancient Shikakai shampoo but never tried it.
Samples of Shikakai,Alma,Aritha and Heena shampoo are in the box when you buy the Ancient brand of Shikakai oil or Castor oil from the indian stores.
