Hey Ladies!

I just wanted to throw this out there.....
This weekend I wanted to freshen my braids up and it seems like whatever I spray in my hair only makes my scalp smell worst. Soooo I decided to rub a Snuggle Fabric Softner through my braids to give them a smell-good scent. It's Monday and my braids still smell nice. Has anyone else tried this? Anyone use them on their own hair as well?

Is that safe for your hair? What kind of ingredients are in the sheets? I LOVE the smell of those things!

I really don't know what's in them. I have read about people using Fabric Softener diluted in a spray bottle to freshen their hair and to get rid of static.

I thought that since they're good for your clothes, why not freshen up the hair too!

lol...I am sure this smells fantastic...although it would drive me crazy as I would be tryintg to see where the laudry was all day.

Okay.. I will be getting braids soon so please let me know if you get a bad reaction or something:yep:

Let me know! I LOVE doing laundry because the laundry room smells so darn good! I'm weaved up now, but I will try it!

I had a friend who would use Febreeze on her weave.

I don't really see a problem with using fabric softner sheets. If it works, go for it.

I use fabric softener on my wigs but don't think I'd try it with it with synthetic hair attached to my head.

The white girls at my school used to use it back-in-the-day all of the time. Their hair always looked nice and static-free.
