and ended up having a retouch.
I got to the salon to have my ends trimmed and have a treatment done and my friend says "Uzz your hair grew like crazy you have nearly two inches of growth"
I had my hair relaxed on the 23rd March and this was on the 4th May.
Just wanted to share that with you ladies cuz Im so excited about it...
my onlything now is can i maintain the length cuz my ends are always so dry and messed up.

That's awesome! I hope that I can one day get that much growth in a month. The most that I have ever gotten was around an inch.

I'm late I didn't even know you relaxed it. That is great growth! Good for you.
Deep condition and use protective styles especially for your ends. Oil them too. With a relaxer you need extra moisture, just remember that whatever you do and DC after your relaxer treatment. I'm glad you are happy with the results.

Wow . 2 inches though is some serious business, congrats! I remember you relaxed right around the same time I did (Mine was March 19). I have more like 1 to 1.5. I'm still trying to hold of relaxing until next month.

Hey guys thanks.
All i really did was eat steamed salmon at leat three times a week and started eating three eggs a week (i'll have to stop doing this cuz eggs make me hot and with the weather hotting up i cant take it), 0.300mg of biotin, 50mg of silica and combing my hair every other day making sure it was totally dry before bunning for the day and then i oiled with a mix of mustard oil, hei poa coconut oil and and sunflower oil at night then leaving for two nights and washing etc.
I also started to use hei poa Stimulateur Capillaire once every ten days before washing.

and ive been sraying my hair with

after i wash it has acv in it and made my hair nice and strong it smells a little weird for about ten seconds but you can feel a huge difference in your hair, ive been using pantene conditioners and sunsilk healthy black

(from pakistan) to wash my hair (c/o wash every other day and poo wash once a week)

What do you use after the ACV rinse? Deep conditioner or mayonaise. Cause you should follow up w. something thick and moisturizing. Also I avoid ALL Pantene products cause it's very drying, it may be causing your dry ends, read the label. Dry bunning maybe you need a little moisture in the bun, not wet but a contioning or light leave in spray or shea butter on the ends. hth
