Mook's thread made me think about a dream I had where I was co-washing and my hair finally reached my hips. I was so happy and proud of myself for reaching that milestone. I immediately thought I should go run to DH to tell him, but then I thought he would shrug and be like So? erplexed So I ran to go get on LHCF and post about it

So what hair dreams have you had, good bad or just plain wierd? Let's hear 'em!

I had a hair dream last night. In the dream I had my hair out in a WNG and I stretched a section out so my friend could see how long it was. My WNG was apl, but when I stretched the hair it touched my hip. I hope this dream was a glimpse into the future .

I had another one a week or two ago where my hair was out, in its natural state and it was ~mid-back, big and fluffy.

My hair dreams usually consist of me discovering that my hair is super long, but I just happen to notice when I take my ponytail down or comb it before going out. Hey, at least they're good dreams. I rarely have dreams where my hair is short.

I posted this in Mookies Thread, but I had a hair dream yesterday (afternoon nap) that I'd gotten a relaxer......LOL....that just wishful thinking I still have at least 4 weeks to go...

I once had a dream where I came home from class to find someone had relaxed my hair (why my hair wasn't with me, I don't know). I started freaking out because I thought I was going to have to cut off all my hair, and it was about BSL in my dream. Finally, I decided I was going to transition, but I still felt like crying.

In another dream, I had WL hair, but I thought it was short, and I was tired of having short hair. I told this to another girl with WL hair, and she said that she was tired of short hair too, and she was going to cut her hair off, so it would grow longer (logic, amirite?)

About a month ago, I dreamed my hair was tailbone length and was 3b. It was gorgeous, but in my dream, I still thought my hair was short. I was putting it in a ponytail and complaining about how long it was going to take me to grow my hair.

I don't ask for much; Just APL hair by December for my little special occasion - PLEASE!!!!!

I am newly texlaxed so I dream of having unstretched APL hair for my wash & go's. I also dream of stretching my relaxer for 12 months and at the end of the stretch, I'm there....at APL. That would mean my hair grew at least 12 inches during that time. Wishful thinking I know.

Do daydreams count? I'm always daydreaming about having a big fluffy, bushy mane like Diana Ross back in the day or Chaka Khan. I absolutely love big hair!

I've had two hair dreams last month that "told" me the best way to wear my hair in order to grow it's longest. In one dream I stretched out my hair and it was to my waist. In the dream I was wearing my own hair, no extensions, in little box braids all over my hair for a few years.

Even though I'm sure my hair would blossom like a little girls, I'm too vain to wear my hair like that, I would not look too cute.

and then something weird happened, i plucked one of my eyelash hairs and it turned into a flower

Whenever i have my braids in, at some point i'll have a dream that i wake up and suddenly my braids are out and i'm so upset because i didn't have them in the full 6 weeks, and naturally i'm confused as to how they came out.
Sometimes i have dreams that when i take out my braids my hair is short and broken. I hate those. I always get bad hair dreams when i am in braids, lol.

i just woke up from a hair dream (nightmare) that i had to get my split ends cut . I went to the salon and this guy i've never seen before is all frustrated because he has to fit me in and i need to be quick. So i'm trying to tell him not to cut off much, what i want, trying to convince myself that i wont be back at NL after this trim. So he cuts my hair and brings out a green hair extension and some glue.. and i'm like "no, you cannot put glue in my hair, you can sew it in or i'll do it myself if you're rushing so he jut walks away in a huff. SO then i'm searching for a mirror so i can check how much he set me back. I spot my "usual" stylist, (who in real life is just a gay friend of mine) and start complaining. So then theres a group of random girls sitting near us who are friends with mr. impatient scissor hands, and they start talking crap to me about my hair.

I almost slapped the $#!t out of one of them but i stopped myself.

Then i woke up.
