It may say that for a while. They sent me an email about 3 or 4 days after the day of the sale and it gave me a tracking number from stamps.com

I got it in 2 days On my account on qb.com it still says processing because they actually sent it from a third party.

I put a order in on the 3rd and got it 10-12 days later. Though I did contact her after for an update when other people were getting stuff ordered on the same day sooner. I would email her. She is really good about answering her emails.

I'd send an email too. I ordered on the 3rd too and got my products on the 11th. I remember seeing something on the site saying that there would be a delay for orders placed after the 3rd because of processing the sales orders. I say send an email, because I'm sure she'll get back to you quickly.

At lease they are honest on the website. And they are not taking orders until August because of the overload.

OP I am sure your order is coming. I ordered on July 3rd and never received my order until July 20. I have not even tried the product yet, but I heard good reviews.
