eggs are #1! when I ate a lot of eggs before (just now getting back into the habit, and yes I did notice a growth spurt in my hair but my old hairdresser kept chopping it off!) I would always have some boiled and eat 2 in the morn (half a yolk but both whites) with my oatmeal, at luch I would have soup or couscous and lentils and add chopped egg. I added chopped egg to all my soups, chicken noodle, tomato, lentil, ministrone, you name it. yummy.
