I decided to use this Aveda Cherry Almond Bark conditioner and noticed that my hair began shedding alot like a day or so later

. I was using the LeKair Cholesterol (which I will be switching back to) and experienced very minimal shedding with it. Anyone ever have this happen after switching conditioners or know why this would happen?

I used to sell this stuff and many other products when I worked for Aveda. I personally love cherry almond bark. If you'd used their curressence shampoos or conditioners then I could see why you'd shed. Since they are full of protein which can be drying on processed hair. Too much protein will make your hair snap right off.

I had several stylists tell me that they don't use Aveda because it's too drying for processed hair. It's possible that, although, Cherry Almond Bark is a good conditioner, it's still too drying for your hair. Might I suggest Paul Mitchell Super Charged.

I tried the paul mitchell before and it did nothing for me. I was really surprised since so many people like it and my hairdresser recommended it to me. I seem to get more out of the cholesterol than any other conditioner.
