Thank you Sareca, I did my first oil rinse and my hair has never felt this good. I used alma and castor oil and at first I was worried it would come out greasy but instead it is soft and so moisturize. I am going to give my girls one first thing tomorrow, the oldest has dry hair that I constantly spray & lotion, but I know this will definitely help. Thank you again!!

I have been away from the computer a while and just saw your post. We (me & my daughters) went to do some shopping and they were acting like the lady in the sunsilk commercial spinning their heads because their hair had so much body and so soft!! I had to threaten to put it in a ponytail to make them stop.

Oil rinses are so deceptive. They sound like they wouldn't do a thing but they've transformed my hair. I'm happy it's working for you.

I always start by putting a moisturizing conditioner on my dry hair and sitting under the bonnet for 30 minutes then:

• Rinse
• Apply oil (i like castor and alma mixed or shikakai when my scalp needs cleaning)
• Rinse with very warm water
• Apply favorite conditioner
• Rinse with very cool water
• Apply leave-in
