I tried this last night & i was AMAZED at how little hair i lost!!!! i am a constant shedder and i usually lose about half a fist full of hair when i wash & detangle it. i lost about about 75% less hair this time!!! the amount was like the size of a silver dollar. i cant believe it!! i will DEFINETELY do this from now on.

:yep: Yes ITA! This way works better for me. I tried the "comb in the shower under runing water w/lots of condish" And it was a big :nono: everytime! So Yes. THANK YOU TOOOO!

That was Pokahontas. I was so happy, too. I've used this method twice now and it works so well and is so much easier on my hair. :yep: It's a keeper.

I'm going to try this :) I loose a lot of hair, but then again, I've been doing sets - which I don't manipulate for days - so that could be the reason??? I'll still give it a try, though. Do you just detangle dry hair, and then proceed to washing?

I just detangled my dry hair in small sections with a wide tooth comb then did my regular routine.
