So right now I have an assignment that requires me to review newspapers from late 19th - early 20th centuries. I decided to do my report on The Colored American (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Colored_American).

During my quest I came across an advertisement for "The Magnetic Brush".

How have we changed? What do we know now? What have we learned factually and theoretically?
