I spent over $60 total on a Curly Hair solutions package. It included shampoo, conditioner, gel, curl lotion, and curl keeper...was it worth it? Absolutely...I order from them every couple of months.

$40 for Sebastian 2+1 (33 oz I think)

Definitely worth it!

Do you follow up with a moisturizing conditioner? My stepmom got a tiny tube for several dollars.

going by cost per ounce--the most I've spent was $4.95 for Dudley Panthenol Leave-In. That is for a 1/2 oz. packet (not a typo)

So this stuff is roughly $10 per ounce.

Definately!

My flat iron was about $170 (you can get it much cheaper now). The next most expensive was the Affirm Mild relaxer and all that comes with it, about $70(?).

$100 on a ceramic flat iron... it was worth it then but I don't use heat on my hair now

Aveda Products... $21 for 8 oz of Deep Penetrating Hair Revitalizer...$18 for 2.5oz anti humectant hair pomade... and the list goes on but they are sooo worth it to me
