those who Flat Iron??

I just bought me a GHD flat iron...Its lovely by the way, makes the hair soft after it straightens....but what are some good heat protectors?? I dont want my texturized hair getting burnt....what do some of you use..would Biosilk be good to use? ALOHA

When I flat iron, I use one of three products. Either Redken Heat Glide, IC Heat Protector or Motions Salon Sheen along with one of the other two products. All of them work well. HTH...

I always use a leave in(ntm) put in the heat protector(ic heat in the pink) then put in a couple of buns on my head then air dry and flat iron. It works very well. I though i would never be able to get my hair this straight by myself.

I like these. The IC in the pink bottle is my favorite, though. Sometimes, the Heat Glide is too thick.
