I personally would like to thank each and every beautiful woman on this site that has taken the time start and update your hair albums, post new threads about your hair success and disappointments!!

Although I do not know each and every one of you, actually, I don't know any of you personally... But I finally feel apart of something achievable!!! I have been inspired, uplifted, encouraged and motivated not just about my hair but other aspects of my life that are in need of consistency, determination and persistance. Through all of you, I have gained insight about myself and even reminded me at a very emotional point in my life, that I too, am not my hair!!!

Hopefully this December I will be able to share my success story as well.

Your post describes exactly how i feel about this forum. Its like an older sister that I never had. All my life I have been going to salons where people don't even want to tell you how to take care of it. No one shares anything with anyone.Even within my family i have in laws that are similar. They are secretive and not telling anyone what to do. Well, I have this board and its like having an older sister/hair guru/ world greatest hair professional all wrapped up in one. I was lurker and now have become a full member who visits this site the first thing in the morning, every free second i have in front of a computer and every night before bedtime. God Bless this forum!
