Thanks everyone. I'm sorry I took so long to respond. I was to busy getting weave checked by the non believers. It was great! Ill update my original post with my reggie but Ill just post it here too for now.

I change products every so often because their effectivness tends to wear off after a while. But I wash and deep condition every week, and during the week I do twists and twist outs. That's about it.
