Hey Ladies,

Thanks for all you advice on my "overconditioned hair

Well, I am off to California tomorrow so I decided to get my weekly wash-n-set 2 days earlier than usual. I took some of your advices and the one of my wash-n-set stylist.

I went to the Dominicans yesterday and I didn't deep condition my hair (they combed through the conditioner and then rinsed). I used a light protein (Salerm protein conditioner and the Salerm 21 leave-in) and my hair came out beautiful. I wish that I had pictures to show you guys (I swear that I am going to buy a digital camera one of these days).

I think that I will start to use a light protein every other week. My hair is fine and thin. So I may have been over moisturizing my hair with the weekly moisturizing deep conditioners with not enough protein.

Thanks again ladies for all your help
