Can you use a cheap conditioner for a moisturizing treatment? Ex. use suave/vo5/pantene, add a little bit of oil to it, and sit under the dryer with a plastic cap for a few minutes?
Has anyone done this? Any opinions on this idea? I just get frustrated spending a lot of $$ on moisturizing conditioners and I feel like they don't do their dollars worth most of the time....
