took my vits today ..one nioxin in the am and one in the pm.. Also took my liq vits and a touch of milk thistle tonight...
 
Here is everything I'm taking that has the USP seal, all GNC items. Some items are out of their original packaging, so I can't say.

Niacin 500
MSM 1000
Biotin 5000

Out of everything I am taking the one item that will not be restocked when done is the Perfect Skin by Genuine Health. I've noticed no change with the addition of this product.

It did for me but I'm taking 2,000 to 3,000 mg per day.

Took my morning vitamins today. Having a weekly pill container is really helping to me to remember to take my vitamins before bed. Going to go to the store today to buy some greens and veggies to make some green smoothies. I LOVE the fruit smoothie though but I accidentally picked up blackberries instead of blueberries. :sad:
 
ive heard of msm giving u bigger boobs but it was a specific brand which i cant remember because i can surely use some bigger boobs

I gained a bunch of weight so they've already grown (a lot), and I'm currently on my monthly cycle which also makes them slightly larger. If MSM is the cause I'll know soon enough!

ETA: I've also taken my morning dose as well as consumed about 35 oz. of water!

Whew! ok just took all my vits. I'll be honest, I don't like taking vits AT ALL :nono: but seeing all of y'all taking yours helps me get my rear in gear :lol:

Biotin forte- one every other day (afraid of breakouts)
Multi-vitamin - daily
 
Took my silica, gelatin and CLA and guarana.

My Friend My mom used to give it to me when I was little, so I guess I'm used to it. I do chase it with a little juice though.

Definitely the collagen and diatomaceous earth. :yep: They work pretty fast (within a week or so) AND they're not pills! :woot:

But they both have their annoying drawbacks. Collagen can't be taken with any other supplement, has to be drank on an empty stomach and you can't eat/drink anything for 30 minutes after ingesting it. I take it in the mornings, mixed with liquid vitamin c to help with absorbsion.

DE can't be taken with anything either, because it flushes everything out of your system. Sometimes I take it right before bed, but I mostly drink it about an hour or so after lunch.

Works fast and don't induce my gag reflex? #WIN!
 
Took my morning vitamins. Went to make a fruit smoothie and I BROKE THE FREAKIN' BLENDER!!!! :cry2:

I'm waiting on the vitamins i ordered from iHerb, so i don't think i can start yet.
Here's the vitamins i plan on taking for now:
-Cod live oil: 2 teaspoons a day
-Vitamin C crystals and vitamin C capsules: 3000gr
-MSM powder

I'm already on a personal vitamin challenge so this should help to keep me on track.

I'm taking a multi-vitamin, iron pills and Omega 3-6-9. I'm not taking them for hair. I'm currently battling anemia and I'm losing. But I'm hoping to turn things around.
