Hello Ladies

Other than when my doctors recommended a boostof Vitamin D 2 years ago, I cant remember the last time I took a vitamin pill.

This year, I'm hoping to take better care of my health so I think I need to start taking a multivatimin, but I need something chewable. I cannot swallow medium or large pills.

So I'd appreciate any recommendations for a multivitamin with good levels of B-complex. I dont want to have to take B-complex seperately - I hate the smell of it. [ I have issues:sad:]. I am researching the internet and LCHF but some of the information is just so confusing.

Also if anyone is using hair vitamins that are very small, do tell as well.

Thanks

Have you considered liquid or powdered vitamins? The brand Alive! makes some of the best, high quality vitamins and they have lots of liquid versions to choose from. :)

tiffers Thanks for that recommendation... where can I get this online. I'm in Toronto so I dont have access to the US stores.

No problem. :) I LOVE www.iHerb.com and always shop there. Customers in Canada seem to get great shipping rates as well.
