Anyways, I figured that I'd kill two birds with one stone and get a serum that protects from heat and gives shine.

Is NTM serum a good heat protectant?

Are there any other heat protecting serums (cheap) out there?

Awwww.

I only use Citre Shine Polisher on occasion, but I haven't tried it for heat use, nor have I tried NTM. Sowwwy.

I have the NTM and havent used it as a HP but Im sure it would be fine. I really like Straight Effects Polisher, but its pricey. Lots of folks here like Biosilk. For a cheaper alternative, Im thinking of trying Silk Elements glossing polish(around 5 bucks)...I know somebody said it was good.

I LOOOVVEEE Biosilk. I've been using it for the past 7 months. It's heavenly when used with a flat iron. It's the only thing I use in my hair.

I like my Proclaim serum, but I dont know if it is a heat protectant. Let me check for u.

It doesn't say so, but it says that it is good for damaged hair and relaxed hair.

I use L'anza Protecshine. I have just found my staple serum/heat protectant.

Bisilk is awesome, its so light and softens your hair. Unlike other serums that have a thick feeling. Its really worth the price.

Right now, I'm really loving NTM Healing Shine Serum.
