I thought I was coming out of my PJ phase, it seems apparently not! I'd not bought anything since the end of October I think, it may have even been September. In the last 2 weeks, I have purchased 50 hair related items, 30 of which are hair products. I did not blink, I did not flinch, however I definitely passed "Go", but unfortunately I was spending not collecting. I just hate paying full price for stuff that I can get cheaper, a lot of this hair stuff is expensive and it adds up over a period of time.

The good news:
1. Many of the products I bought were on promotional discounts
2. I saved a lot of money compared to full price.
3. I have thrown out 25 items from my stash so I'm not too far off from my original starting point.
4. I've got a good portion of the products/brands I wanted to try - The rest can wait till next year
5. I have a little system in place to help me reduce my stash.
6. Did I mention that I saved a tonne of money?

Be grateful it's only Sarenzo, I think I need to just keep my eyes closed because it's coming like everything has got me in a chokehold!

I need to get a few oils, but that's literally it. All these sales and promotions have had me out here weak.

I went and ordered the Air light pro yesterday just to top off the last 3 weeks of mega spending. This and 4 mini silk scrunchies are the only things I've paid for myself, the rest were all gifts so I'm not complaining, it just adds up to a quite a bit.

I've been spring cleaning and reorganising my bedroom this week. I cannot believe how much hair products I found!

I have a full tub of a Komaza moisturiser and a full bottle of my Cantu creamy hair lotion. This is actually great timing as I'm 2/3 through what I thought was my last bottle.

I have a huge bag full of weave and extension hair, there's even a new closure in there.

I found a Hercules mini rake and a very small comb, they are virtually new, I didn't use them. I intend to clean them up and gift them to my granddaughter, they are the perfect size for her.

I've thrown out 40 items in total within the last 3 weeks, and I've given away 25. I can now start to use up my stash, I'm excited to try out all of my new products.

Other than a few bottles of oil, I don't think I need to buy any hair products for the rest of the year, the rest of the items on my wishlist can wait until I have significantly reduced my current stash.

So many small businesses and even a few of the larger ones are unable to survive in the current economic climate. It's a huge shame, especially when their products are very good.

That must be difficult for those who mainly use their products, I'll bet that it's a vicious circle of customers stock piling products to ensure they don't run out, thus causing a shortage of availability. Thankfully you have multiple products that you can fill the spot with until you can restock.

Not sure why I had convinced myself that my hair wasn't long enough to use a rake comb, but this was a grave mistake.
