Wet hair = Longer Hair / Dry hair = Shorter Hair

I'm not sure about the inches (because I've never measured my hair), but I know when my hair is wet it's past bra-strap. After it dries, it barely touches my shoulders. But I'm happy with it either way...

Thanks CaramelHonee! It's my natural hair color. My hair is dark brown and light towards the ends. It looks a different color in all my pics, it's the flash on the camera...

My hair is the same was the same way when I was natural or when I wear it curly it is only to me ears. When it is wet it is to the base of my neck.

for me it is shrinkage. but I like what armyqt said about elasticity.

My hair is the same way. Its relaxed but definitely longer when its wet, compared to when its dry. For me, its elasticity. I marvel at how long I can stretch a strand when its wet. When its dry ... it resists stretching...doesn't seem to snap either ... unless there's a weak spot.

When my hair is wet, it shrinks, when it is dry it stretches out. Since I have been using the Aloe vera Shampoo and conditioner, the shrinkage is not as bad.

I prefer my hair when it is wet. It feels better. Dry, my hair seems more susceptible to damage.

My hair is longer when it's dry and straightened. It's shorter when wet.

My hair is longest mwhen why...If I let it airdry with no manipulation it shrinks up to 2 inches.
