I ask this question because I'm not too sure if my hair is healthy or not:perplexed .
I know some of us experience breakage and excessive shedding here or there but does that actually mean that you don't have healthy hair?
I'm not experiencing any of this at the present time (knock on wood) but my hair appears to be doing fine. I might need to dust my ends but that's another story:look: .

So how do you ladies know when you have healthy hair?

according to your siggy, your hair looks very healthy. i believe healthy hair is hair that:

-looks healthy
-has very nice ends
-has very nice shine and luster
-feels soft to the touch
-doesn't break excessively but sheds normally
-gets conditioned regularly!
