My hair is noticeably softer and requires less moisturizer during the week (which saves me money) when I deep condition. I like Silk Elements Megamoisturizing Treatment and I like Lekair Cholesterol, Oh and my new cheapie fav is Suave Humectant Conditioner.
Def. for moisturizer. I use the shea butter lutrasilk or the herbal one. I also use any of of my cheapie conditioners like suave. Comb through and put on a shower cap and leave them on for a while. My hair comes out moisturized and shiny.
I always thought deep conditioners were for moisture. I enjoy using Aubrey Organics GPB for deep conditionings. I don't use heat. I just smack on a plastic cap.
Deep conditioning for me is for both strength and moisture depending on the type of conditioner I use. I fixed every problem Ive had from dry hair, to breakage by deep conditioning.
