My hair inspiration hands down is Chicoro. Her hair is gorgeous and on top of that, she is always positive, helpful, and willing to share her knowledge. There are more but Chicoro stands out to me.

Wow, there are so many ladies on here that have really inspired me, I just wish I knew all of their names (still a newbie). Anyway, the few that I can think of off the top of my head:

I lurked for so long last year, peeping once every 3-4 weeks... saying I wouldn't pay til I saw threads that made it worth it. I saw La La, SweetCashew, and Chicoro and I flipped and started lurking everyday. Then I was discouraged when I realized they were natural and most of the board was too. My natural hair is incredibly unmanageable to me, even at it's healthiest. I transitioned for six months then went right back to a relaxer. So I had to find someone who I could identify with.

SistaSlick is the MAIN reason I broke down and paid my money. I adore her hair (and her articles too)! I sure as h*ll stepped my regimen up by reading her articles. After one day of my new regimen, I'm loving my hair more than ever and am SO inspired to embark on this growing journey.

Also, whose progress made me was Candy_C. Got me aspiring, real bad. Macherieamour, Sylver2, MochaSilk, Lauren450 and silverlotus make me so anxious to see progress. I see beautiful heads every day, both relaxed & natural. So, it's hard to keep up with names. Still a

Babygurl made me a believer but Sylver2 is my greatest inspiration because IMHO she is the "scarf method" creator and that right there is pure genius. The technique actually needs to be patented because it has worked miracles for me.

Gymfreak - Has inspired me to look at my hair from a technical standpoint. I have been following her advice about the PH balance and I can't thank her enough. My shedding has decreased significantly!! I know other's have said the same, but I *heard* Gymfreak. THANK YOU!!!

Mucho gracias to the ladies that shouted me out! Just looking at my "before" (breakage and damage from relaxers & color) and "after" photos (natural but flat ironed) below, you'll see how far I've come, and it definitely ain't for lack of effort!

I must say that I can't name names because I feel like there are far too many to list. Plus, I honestly feel that everyone on this board has something to offer, whether your hair be long, short, relaxed or natural .

I get inspiration/tips from my fellow naturals, but I also get style tips from my relaxed sistahs. In addition, I've been able to offer product advice/haircare tips to friends and family members by browsing through albums of those whose hair is completely different from mine, so I luvs and respect all y'all ladies!!!!
