what to do now???

Hello ladies, well I'm in micro's and I have been using mtg and my new growth is so much and im in my 7th week of braids i will take them out at 10 and i wanted to get some more put in but that would break my hair so i was wondering as far as keeping my hair healthy what style should i do or should i wear it natural for a week then put the micro back in or switch to my sew in which i usually wear for 3wks im just wondering please help bye~

I would go with the sew-in for 3wks. You are going to lose some hair from the matting you get with micro braids depending on how small they are. So I think the sew in will give you a break.
After the 3wks are you planning on going back to braids?

i want to i never have in the past but the mtg and the braids have given me so much new growth but yeah i guess i will rock the sew in for a while thanks but i took some of my braid sout in the front my edges basically because it look like were hanging on a strand but i looks nice and my edges haven't receded so that is good thanks
