KiniKakes said:I just got braids yesterday. And Im on a Personal Challenge to keep them in until December 15! Yes, lol.... 4 long months! I will get them refreshed in the front on an as-needed basis.
Meanwhile, I will continue to wash, moisturize, and MTG. And that will be my regimen for the fall!!!!
MissFallon said:I have a specific deep conditioner that I make that I use from September-May that helps my rollersets stay right and keeps my hair moisturized. I have a lacefront so I will be rocking that in the fall until December 29th with cornrows underneath. Probably going to wash bi-weekly instead of every week. Me and my hair get a long during the cooler months so I may just leave it alone.
whooo!!!!!!!!, so I have a reliable styling method that doesn't require alot of heat. I'm going keep sealing my ends with jane carter nourish n shine and start doing my hot oil treatments. On my long cardio days when I am taking a kickboxing class or so I like to comb through a good amount of sticky oil and clip my hair up with a handful of clips and pins. By the time I get done working out the oil has gotten a chance to sink in so washing is a breeze. It leaves my hair really soft and keeps the salt from my sweat from drying my hair out. I am going to start using phyto growth serum so I might use that for a fall/winter challenge
