I agree w/KPH on the Flintstones. I alternate between the +Iron and +Calcium ones . I also had a custom vitamin mix made for me at www.mitamins.com It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. You can enter in what you want from your vitamin, plus what medications you're currently taking or what medical conditions you have and it'll list things you should avoid or what you need more of if a particular medication is depleting it like the meds I take. It's like compound vitamins. You should check it out, it's really cool . Here's a small exerpt from my profile:

I used a bottle of that didn't do anything for me so now I'm on to Phytophanere says gotta give it 4 months and I'm almost done with the 1st 2 month supply so...​

So you are getting growth from this? I have been using these since May and I still don't know. Now mind you I wasn't taking the 6 amino acids and 2 vitamin and minerals daily until like August....perhaps... I am getting growth..but nothing crazy. My nails look awesome though..lol.
