When to take out braids

I am about to take out my two strand twists (with extensions). Before I start, I have all tomorrow off.

In your opinion is it better to take it out the night before you wash or the day you wash? I plan on a pre-poo treatment, thorough scrubbing, and a deep condition. Just wanted to know if it would be more beneficial if I did it all in one day.

to me depends on how much time you have or what you are going to do........when I take my braids down it takes me 2 days to do. the hair that I have taken down I put into large plaits that has been saturated w/ coconut oil. next day, I finish taking the rest down, wash, deep condition-moisture & protein, airdry. doing this= less tangles & hair loss . hope this helps.
