Hey ladies, I'm looking into buying the Solia 1'' flat iron because I've heard good things about it. I've also looked into the Sedu, and the new FHI platform series flat iron, but I'm so torn between the 3 and need help picking the one that's gonna keep my hair the healthiest. I would like to know what any of your experiences have been with any of the 3, and if any of them have dried, burned, split, or damaged your hair in any way. Also, if you have any other suggestions for good flat irons please let me know. And by "good," I mean, ones that won't fry the hair as much as others, and ones that will keep the hair in as healthy of a condition as possible. I have 4b hair so whoever has had good results with any particular iron with my hair type, that would be even more helpful. Thanks.
But I contribute some of that to my technique, I'm goooood.
It looked good enough to eat, no lie!
So, I saw the picture of you after the Mizani relaxer and the ADR treatment, did you use the sedu that time too, or was it that straight and beautiful just from the relaxer? Anyway, your hair looked extremely healthy, I admire your hair. I called folica, and whenever I ask them which iron I should get between the solia and the sedu, they always tell me the solia!
I thought it was because I putting too large of pieces of hair in the iron, but I actually had to set that thing on 450 to get it to do anything. I don't know if that was my negligence, or what, but I was dissapointed because I thought I would be able to get my hair straight at a lower temp., but apparently not. I need some reassurance so I want to know what you think. Sorry this is so long!
I'm goin crazy right now but I'm excited though, I think I'm gettin me a Sedu ladies!!
I hope I'm makin the right choice! If not, then I'll just send it back for the Solia, right?
