I've tried both but I will recommend Nioxin. I believe that Exotic Allure did work for my hair but I had to take 3 pills a day! Nioxin is smaller and you don't have to take as much in a day. I took Exotic Allure I think from January 06 to June 06 and that was the only supplement I tood during that time. I have pics of my progress in my fotki album.

I love EA. My new growth came in with a nice texture and I got about an inch in 30 days. I itched like crazy all over the first week but that soon went away.
