I know this question is answered somewhere on this forum, but for some odd reason I can't seem to access all the threads from the guide.

In the past I was taking Silica, but I read on the Forum that Biotin maybe be good. Also, has anyone tried Hair Formula 37? Does it work? Is it safe?

I like botin along with vitamins specifically for your hair such Gueye vitamins. They are on the web. I used formula 37 and it was just too many vitamins to me and not sure if got results since I stop using them. Go to google and type in "gueye hair vitamins". :lachen:

I developed a vitamin regimen after joining the hair board I found out protein makes the difference with my hair growth.
I have had good results since adding protein shakes and Biotin to my regimen.
I will restart Viviscal soon which contain marine protein I have received good results with it in the past.

I'm a big fan of MSM (methylsulfonymethane), biotin and Country Life's Maxi Hair.

how does MSM work? I use cos i saw it on the board somewhere. And what is this protein shake stuff?

I have definitely seen results with Freeda Biotin 10mgs. I would recommend them to anyone trying to grow healthy hair.

I'm not sure if Biotin has done much for my hair just yet, but it sure has made a difference for my nails in a short period of time. They're growing faster and stronger. I hope it'll have the same effect on my hair.

I am currently using Biotin which I just added...flaxseed oil, and centrum.
