Who Was Your First Hair Idol?

I don't think she was mentioned, Maia Campbell or Foxy Brown, but I always wanted hair like them. When I was about 12 I had friends who were twins and one had probably had 3a/3b and was probably WL, and the other had like 3c hair that was about MBL I envied their hair also.

The first? Hmmm, I'm a late bloomer in the hair game so I'm gonna have to say Ateya. I was relaxed back then, but it was Ateya and that "SWANG"! I said, I wanted that SWANG for my hair, lol.

A close second place was Sylvers2...that was my first time learning that you don't have to relax every 6-8 weeks to have healthy relaxed hair and her achieved legnth became my hair goal.

Then I crossed over to the Natural side and the list of Natural heads that I admire is too long to list.

I will never forget how much I LOVED Mya Campbell's hair back in the day on te show In the House, it was so gorgeous to me! And when i was a little girl, I wanted Rudy Huxtable's fluffy long hair so bad, lol.
