I work out every morning and don't have enough time to air-dry. Can I just sit under my hooded dryer to dry my hair. It takes about 10min.
Would this hurt my hair overtime??

Good question, it's hard to tell... Do you wash your hair before you go under the dryer or you just want to dry your scalp. If you live in a cold environment I am not sure if it is a good thing to do...

Dry under a hooded dryer everyday? Ummmm I don't know if it will hurt your hair, I hope you find your answer though....everyday sounds like a lot though, but then again Hooded dryers are better......

Could you maybe not twist/braid the hair in big sections just so your scalp dries? I would suggest just putting your hair in a bun or ponytail and be out...but you may not like having wet/damp hair.

I would assume however if the majority of your hair (root to tip <esp) is not protected it might prove damdging in the long run.

Thanks for the answers y'all.

To answer some of your questions. I live in the caribbean. My hair is soaking wet after the gym and I do not have time to wash or co-wash it. I do not like the idea f bunning my hair when wet. So I just sit under the dryer for about 10 min alternating between the hi and low settings. After I just remoisturize, seal, bun and go.

Only you will know if it works for you. Honestly, I don't see how ten minutes could hurt. Sounds like you have a good plan going to me :-)

Hey Ladi- I have been doing something similar since last June. I wash every 2-3 days, put me leave ins, sabino moisture block, and put it in a bun. I always put on a silk scarf and sit under the dryer for 30 min alternating between low and cool- I have had no problems with this regimen at all. Good luck!
