I knew you would. Did anyone else notice she did not mention deep conditioning. And she uses regular shampoo.

She does leave her conditioner on for 15 or 50? I couldn't understand what she said "minutes" and she says sometimes longer. So she is deep conditioning, just not with heat. I think it's (my theory) probably because she isn't touching it that much. There may be others who manipulate more, might have a prob if they skipped a decent more thorough dc (although there are plenty here who don't do it, that I've read about). She seems like almost crown and glory. Braiding for a time, and then taking down to wear out, and then back up. In another video she introduces the infusium so she is taking means to strengthen her hair. She also is an advocate of moisturizing it when it's dry. And again she says in one of her videos (guilty! I just finished all of them) she says that she didn't want to give her regimen at first because she felt that everyone should do what's right for their hair. And that what she does may not work for everyone else.
