I've always loved your hair girlie! Looking gorgeous as always![]()
So, I haven't posted any updates in a long time, primarily because I'm just not doing that much to my hair. But here's what my hair looked right after the BC. I transitioned for a year and two weeks...

It's been what, nearly four years...and this is my hair now

I consider myself mid-back length. I wear my hair natural 98% of the time, "straightening," twice a year (it only stays pretty straight for a few days). I hardly ever trim, but I should do it more often. I suffer from knots, tangles, and single strand knots like many naturals.
My natural hair is just touching shoulder length (sort of a crappy picture).

Find a simple regimen, use simple products (and know what ingredients your hair does and does not like), and don't over manipulate your hair if possible. I have 4a natural hair with thin strands, so my hair doesn't like a lot of rough handling. By the same token, it ain't fine wine--it's hair. Oh, and I've worn my hair "out" the entire time--no weaves or extensions, and I straighten a few times a year.
