I want to to a tea rinse on my hair and was wondering.. do I have to use black tea or can I use any kind?

"Black Tea" stems or prevents shedding
"(Stinging) Nettle Tea" is good for itchy scalp, dermatitis, and is thought to be a hair growth aid.
"Horsetail/Shavegrass Tea" promotes healthy skin and strenghtens hair root and follicles.

Do a google check on the type of tea you want to use and see if it is beneficial for hair or scalp health.

I forgot to mention I use equal parts of these three teas along with ACV as a final rinse after EVERY shampoo or co-wash. I just started doing this in the Spring and apparently it's been doing some good since I made it through my annual "excessive" Fall-time shedding without such.....So, this is a permanent part of my regimen.
