A bit of everything. But mostly low manipulation. (Twists, buns, WnG's, Cornrows, etc)

've been rocking wigs for a loooong while. Now I'm trying to start wearing my own hair out more often. My crazy braidouts always get rave reviews. I'll be putting my hair up to protect my ends, though.

Half wigs w/ my hair completely braided up and hair band b/c I don't have time to do my hair in the morning.

There is no one style that you can always see me in, I change up my looks regularly.

Things that are consistent about my hair is that it is always stretched in some way shape or form even if its in a fro it has been partially stretched.

Lately I've been big on protective styling so I do looks that will last me a month right now I'm really loving my mini twists:yep:

High ponytail every day except for today. Since it's Mothers Day weekend I flat ironed with my maxi-glide and curled all over and even back combed a pouf on the top so I have a sixties style going on today. hee hee!

Just in a bun like 24/7...boring I know...but even before I started growing my hair, I would wear it as a puff ont he back of my head. I dont like how it feel out espacially in the hot months.

It's usually in a ponytail not because I believe in protective styling but because I'm lazy. I will start wearing it down more.

A bun, all day err' day.
I am so sick of it...when summer finally hits, I am done...can't do it anymore, I have been constantly bunning for almost three years and bump it if it takes me longer to get to WL...I'll just live with it and enjoy my hair in the meantime.

Plaits 100% of the time with a scar as I don't have to wear it out everyday.

When I do have to wear it, I put a phony pony on top of them.

i do air dry buns on most days

i also do braids under half wig with satin headband to expose no hair.

i cover my hair alot when at home. i usually wear satin bandanas at home to cover my hair while drying. (i rinse my hair almost daily after exercise)

I bun using a phony pony and make sure I baggy while sleeping. And comb about 2x-4x a week.

Low mani I think. Twist/braidouts, ponytail, wash and go ponytails, Hoping to add updos with chopsticks :D. mostly stretched styles.

A WNG ponytail flipped up and held in place with one of those claw-looking clasps (I find hair hanging on my neck to be bothersome).

Twists and braids and then I sometimes protective style that style. If my twists are big enough I do a twistout and by mid week that's either bunned, pony'd, or up in an updo.

I have found a happy middle with twists. I can do different styles even in twists which helps my creative side.

I am in a good place! :yep:

Low mani styles: Braidout mostly...sometimes in a bun or updo (i.e. my avi). Rollersets, Caruso sets and Flexirods.

The other times I will just do a regular damp bun.

For the last year I was doing WnGs and wigs(hair loose underneath) I am not braiding underneath and will try stretching since my hair is longer.

i'm usually in braids. i'm committed to using them as a protective style as i grow out my hair until i'm at least wl.

I wear wigs or buns 90% of the time because i can do more styles with wigs and dont have to worry about getting a setback And i retain alot of my length
