I voted "other" b/c I roller set, then heat straighten when I'm not in a weave or braids, so yeah, all of the above

I'm in a wet bun 95% of the time because I swim 2-3x/week. Occasionally I'll rollerset on a Friday because I don't workout on weekends, but most times I figure 'why bother?' because it'll be wet again on Monday.

this year, it's been PSing....box braids, crochet braids, and senegalese twists (current). i had a blowout for about 3 weeks and i enjoyed wearing it straight (albeit mostly in a bun/ponytail), then i did WNGs/puffs/twistouts for about 3 more weeks. next up is a sew-in for 3 months.

It really depends on what i am doing for the day, and if its already curly or if i had flat ironed it already..

50% protective
25% Flat Iron
25% Let the curls have their way !

For most of this year I have been wearing my hair cornrowed under wigs. It's been working out really well. It's amazing what a little hair will do. I get approached by men a lot more now.

I hope to get my first LF this week! :)

Braidouts, braidouts, and more braidouts. I did, however, wear a twistout last week.

Twists, twist outs, braids, braid outs.....I am going to start bunning since the front layers are finally growing out. I have braid extensions (waistlength) right now that I won't be taking out until July....

I voted for protective styles...usually a bun or a braidout ponytail. I wish I could've voted for something more exciting.

I wear sew in weaves as a protective style and my hair has grown considerably. I BC'd in January and I went to get my hair done last week and the stylist commented on how much it has grown. I credited to my non usage of relaxers and sew ins. I noticed that my hair grows its longest and strongest in its natural state. I tend to wear sew ins until the end of the year or at least when I learn how to do them myself.

I voted low-manipulative styles...right now, I'm doing the wash and go's and they seem to be helping my hair thrive!
