My hair grew back. The nape is still not as long, but it is all fine in my book. My only problem is....my hair isn't as thick as it used to be so this means it is long but thin! Any suggestions. I used castor oil for like 4 months. The middle got thick but the nape still hasn't....

What is you reggie?
Do you brush your hair in the back? Are you protective styling?
Why did your hair break off to begin with?

For me the nape is a different texture and much more delicate. I have to treat it much more carefully than the rest of my hair.

All of your strands are not growing at the same time. Just wait a while. It may thicken up. 4 months is not long enough for hair to thicken up to its max.

I'm glad your hair is growing back! You will keep seeing progress if you keep at it. Were you massaging the castor oil into your scalp? Using castor oil as the base of my sulfur mix has really helped my fine hair increase in density, elasticity, and retained length. The strands themselves are fine, but there are more of them in a healthier condition.
