When i look at pictures of my hair just a couple of years ago, I just cant believe how far Ive come. I never, ever in a million years would have thought my hair could look like this. *smh* Ever. And i owe it all to LHCF! Man, i love this place!!! Cant sing its praises enough!

I would say, firstly, that protective styling has allowed me to retain most of my growth. After that, I would say stretching my relaxers, moisturizing, and growth aids/vitamin supplements!!!

Definitely do that, girl! U will notice a difference in a few short months. I also forgot to add that i only comb once per week, on wash day.... that has also helped to prevent breakage and maximize retention.

To be completely honest, Im kinda disappointed with this last set of pics.... didnt make as much progress as I usually do over a 3 month period. I discuss possible reasons for the slowed growth in my Fokti....

But overall, Im VERY happy with my progress over a year's time! So.... I really shouldnt complain!

I also wanted to add that Im so, so, SO very grateful to have discovered this board and all of you wonderful ladies, because I am not ashamed to admit that I was TOTALLY clueless about proper hair care before coming here..... and you guys have taught me EVERYTHING that i know!!!!

So a HUGE thank you and *hugs* to all!!!!
