I fell off the bandwagon:wallbash: I did not make my list and check it twice before signing up for this challenge (sorry...). I also signed up for the amazing Deep Conditioning Challenge that runs until Dec. 08 only to realize that I was running low on DC :nono: among other items on my list. Feeling badly about tjhis....but feeling really good about the Aveda Damage Remedy that I picked up :spinning:. I may have to join the June challenge...keep stong everyone!

I see stuff and it makes me sick to my stomach that I can't make any purchases right now. I have so much stuff I haven't even opened yet so I know I don't need anything. It's just like as soon as someone tells you the restroom is out of order, you have to use it. It's all in my head but it's getting to me.
 
im actually doing pretty good. i already have too many products, but i love them all. i havent had that urge to buy anything but today i HAD to buy 1 aubrey organics conditioner because i recently started working out at work and its so hot here that my hair is soooooooo thirsty so i figured i could keep a bottle here and condition while i work out AND vitamine shop is right down the street so technically i fell off but i dont want or need anything else and its only the 10th so im good:drunk:.

did i convince yall?

:bighug: Oh, no!!!! Girl, make your GapList!!! That's what I've been doing - it's only another 20 days, and in that time all of the people who have gone and rushed out and brought stuff will have come back and had reviews (both pro and con) and you can lesuirely decide if your hair really wants/needs this, or if it's just something else that will be pushed to the back of the closet......

for some reason this month has been harder for me too... I realize its emotional though cuz aint NOTHING I really need...

Passion I'm doing good! I haven't bought anything for my hair...but for my stomach, this thing is always on emtpty so i'm pretty occupied feeding it rather than shopping for hair...:grin:
 
I'm actually doing pretty good this month. Last month was much harder. Not sure why this month has been easier, but I'm glad. Of course I already have my list going for next month. Need more indigo and a flat iron.
 
I fell off the wagon a lil bit today :hide: I was in Target and walked past an end cap that had prepackaged sets of BOGO free Sunsilk with a $1 off coupon! What was I supposed to do? I got two bottles of Captivating Curls con for $1.99. What a bargain, what a steal. Oh and some Sunsilk summer moisturizing protectant spray. I need the con as well. The sun is bleaching my hair blonde in certain spots so I needed something w/UV protection. Not too bad for a total $5.34. I was a cheap product whore today.

ok... WHY COME the Indian lady call me from the lil Indian Grocer around the corner from me.... says she just got a whole stash of Ayurvedic stuff in and she knows Ive been waiting for it....

i was trying to find something in my stash to stop the shrinkage...the other day i didnt use an anti-shrinker :look: so by today i looked like i had a crimpy fro. i used garnier fructis curl scrunch gel and it worked, except i have helmet hair...i'm ddddyyyiiinnnnggg to buy some curly pudding and see if that works.

someone PLEASE tell me this noodle head i have will do what i am looking for before i click on the exchange forum link.

I went to Target the other day with a friend who's hair is in dreds. He was looking for something to keep the locs out of his face and I was like "ok get it and let's go I can feel myself getting anxious to buy stuff I don't need." hahaha.. I strolled through the poo/condish aisle and was so tempted to buy some HE Long Term Relationship condish. That red bottle was calling my name. lol...

PRAISE THE LORD! :amen:

I've been doing just fine. Haven't bought jack for my hair this month and to be honest I'm glad because I have so much stuff to use up and I've realised that I was going overboard with the amount of things I was buying for my hair... just so unnecessary!

I won't be doing this next month though :look:!
 
I'm doing SO well, I'm considering extending this out to other areas of my life..... :lachen: I'm in for next month, if there will be another Challenge!
