I have been on LHCF for about 1 1/2 years, and I think I am just now starting to see growth. I have learned a lot (mostly by trial and many errors), and hope to see substantial growth in 2008 now that I have a solid regimen in place.
Formerly, I was SO concerned about overall length. I kinda think that will take care of itself since healthy hair will grow. My main focus will be my edges which are still practically bald. It's kinda embarrassing to have this beautiful hair and non existent edges, but I am determined to get those grown out.
Some things that I have learned in 2007 are... baggying and bunning is not the end-all be all. I have actually stopped bunning (unless I REALLY don't feel like roller setting) and so far, so good. Lot less breakage.
I am just a "shedder". Low manipulation, no manipulation, protein, moisture, whatever...It still flies all over the place. I have just resolved to sweep after every styling session. My hair still seems to be growing.
My final goal for 2008...NO MORE SEE THROUGH EDGES!!! I would also like to reach a good solid SL by the end of the year.
What about others?
